My method help you shift your perspective, allowing you to recognize the potential opportunities hidden in your current reality. By looking beyond what is there today, you can uncover insights that empower you and your team to design a more authentic and purposeful team dynamic.
How it works
This is a step-by-step module.
Although I will partner and guide your team through the process, It will require work and reflection on your end in each session. It requires your honesty and participation as suppose to just seeking answers from me.
It will take around 5-6 hours per week, with 1-2 hour guided sessions + 3-4 hour individual pre-work. We can opt for fast-track model and complete 2 weekly sessions within a week with the same amount of required hours to complete each weekly session i.e. it will take us at least 10 hours in a fast-tracked model to complete 2 weekly sessions.
You will receive a document on our findings and insights from every session and a final recommendation at the end of the 7th week.
Can we finish all 9 steps in a week?
I believe it helps you not to rush the process as it will give you time to realign with your team, your management and decision makers in order to get everyone at the same page along the way and give us the opportunity to hear from your stakeholders on what the business truly needs.
